Transmission Control
Precision ballscrew: Three-axis ball screws employ an independent cooler for circulated oil cooling. It prevents ballscrew deformation, while assuring smooth feed motions and high positioning accuracy.
High rigidity linear guide ways: Mounted with highly type linear guide ways. These special linear guide ways feature low friction coefficient, smooth movement and maintenance-free performance for long period of operation.
Heidenhain Optical Scales (optional): High accuracy and repeatability accuracy, pollution resistant (single field scanning), interfering signal-resistant(covered by full conductor)
High Precision Spindle
The maximum spindle speed is 50000rpm, built-in type, equipped with particular pneumatic pump for spindle oil-air lubricant, spindle cooler employs circulated coolant to efficiently remove heat generated by the spindle and it enables the spindle to keep at a constant temperature.
Various Advanced CNC Controls to choose from
The Gentiger machining center provides a choice of various advanced CNC controls. Each control permits hgih speed milling and NURBS curved surface machining functions and is easy to learn and operate.
Ethernet Support Function
The machining programs can be managed by a PC with instant editing then the programs are transferred through Ethernet to the machine. This function will save operation time.
